Picture Removal Policy - While the US Supreme court has put the matter to rest in its ruling "one has no expectation of privacy in a public place," and although my whole theme is a reality type coverage of fun, I really don't want anyone on this website who does not wish to be here. As I nearly always publish crowd shots and candid shots from events, it is inevitable that some may be depicted in a picture when they do not wish to be. Also, many times people break up, or broken relationships mend. I understand, and will cut you out of a crowd shot or take a picture down as long as you are the person wanting to be removed. (Often times, a man may become quite fond of a particular lady and can't handle others appreciating her beauty. Sorry guys, you're gonna have to acquire the skills to cope with those uncomfortable feelings).
"NO THANK YOU; I WOULD APPRECIATE IT IF YOU WOULD'T; PLEASE LOOK FOR ME AND DON'T GET ME IN A SHOT" are all very effective ways of insuring I won't inadvertantly take your picture!
Yes, I'll delete your picture from my camera. (Please ask early before I have hundreds or thousands of pictures for us to look through)
I wear a uniform with my name and web address.

If you play up for the camera and cause me spend a lot of time on you, either shooting or editing and publishing, then it will be my choice as to how to handle the situation on a case by case basis. I'm very busy and do not appreciate my time being abused. Saying you were drunk makes no difference. It's a picture. We're not having sex. If your level of alcohol use is beginning to produce negative consequences, you may consider making changes in the way you use such substances.
